The location. For family. For the zoo.
Very very noisy. We could here neighbors talking, showering & going to toilet. Rooms need to be soundproofed.

The location is convenient as it is close to the CBD, making it easy to access the local pubs and fast food restaurants. the rooms are spacious, with comfy beds and a wide range of amenities such as microwaves and an abundance of snacks in the fridge. the staff are accommodating and willing to provide excellent service with flexibility.
One downside is that the rooms lacked adequate upkeep, causing some issues, such as broken shower doors that posed a safety risk.

Spent New Year here and it was great! Fresh linens and towels were provided daily. The hotel is conveniently located near all the key spots, making it easy to get around. One of the best things about it was the delicious food available at the on-site restaurant. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected during our stay.
The room could use a little sprucing up. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as a bedside lamp that was hard to reach and low lighting in the bathroom.

The restaurant had a decent selection of meals, and the servers were attentive. the room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the location was convenient to downtown and other local attractions. it was an adequate place to stay for New Year's Eve.
The air conditioning was rather noisy, and the room had a stale smell that never really dissipated. the walls were thin, and the noise from adjacent rooms echoed through the night.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was excellent, and we had easy access to our room upon arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate, and we appreciated the restaurant which served delicious food. The location was also convenient, being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and pubs. In addition, parking was not an issue, as there was ample space for parking our vehicle. The staff were friendly and helpful, exceeding our expectations.
Could not be improved in any way.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, I was impressed! The location is fantastic, with lots of great fast food restaurants just across the street. It's also close to the town center, so you can easily walk to pubs and other attractions. The room was well-equipped, with a kitchenette area that had everything I needed, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra amenities like the tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and spacious. it was a great experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
